This note, known as a merchant script, was issued on June 15th, 1865 by Bell & McMahon of Gainesville, Alabama. The note is in very fine (VF) condition and has a rarity of R7, making it a very scarce note. Its obverse features an image of a deer as well as large, printed signatures of Bell & McMahon.
